About
lullogram is a sensory toolkit for ADHD, autistic, and overstimulated minds. It lives on your phone, it works offline, it shows no ads, and it never asks for a password. The things that matter most, like SOS and medication reminders, are free and always will be.
why it exists
The world is loud, and some of us feel it more than others.
If you are neurodivergent, you already know the moment. Sound gets sharp. Light feels heavy. Your thoughts speed up and nothing slows them down. Most apps built for that moment ask you to read, tap through menus, or sign in. That is the opposite of what you need when you are already past your limit.
lullogram is the tool I wanted in my own pocket on those days. One that asks almost nothing of you, and gives you somewhere softer to land in the first sixty seconds.
who makes it
lullogram is made by rablab, which is really just me, Rhys Rabaiotti. I am neurodivergent, and I have spent a lot of my life learning how to take the edge off a loud day.
The idea sat in my head for about ten years. I kept waiting for someone else to make it, and after ten years of carrying it around, I just had to make it myself. I built it for my son, for friends who feel the same things, and honestly for myself too.
I am not a doctor and I have no letters after my name. I am a designer and a hobbiest developer who actually lives this. lullogram is shaped by that, by the people I made it for, and by the messages I get from people who use it. It is built slowly, by someone who opens it on their own hard days.
what I believe
Calm should not cost anything you cannot spare. If you need lullogram Pro and cannot afford it, ask me. I give it free, no questions and no paperwork. The app should reach the people who need it most, not only the people who can pay.
Your data is yours. Apple Health access is opt-in and stays on your device. You can export everything or delete everything, whenever you want.
The hardest moments need the fewest taps. SOS, breathing, and grounding are built to work when reading and deciding are hard.
Built for neurodivergent minds, useful for anyone. You do not need a diagnosis to have a loud day.
what is inside
Haptic soundscapes, breathing you can follow without thinking, fidget toys for restless thumbs, quiet cards for when words are hard, an SOS mode for the worst minutes, plus gentle sleep and energy tracking through Apple Health. There is a native Apple Watch app too, for a quick check-in from your wrist.
where it is going
lullogram is iOS first because the haptics, Apple Health, and Apple Watch app are tied closely to Apple hardware. Android is on the way.
say hello
I read everything. If something is broken, if a sound would help, or if you just want to tell me how a hard day went, the support page is the place. You can also find lullogram on Instagram and X.
