These terms govern your use of Lullogram, developed and operated by Rablab ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to the iOS app, the Android app, our website at lullogram.app, and the Lullogram skill for Amazon Alexa (together, "Lullogram").
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Lullogram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Not medical advice
Lullogram is a wellbeing and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. SOS feature
The SOS feature is a convenience tool, not an emergency service. It does not contact emergency services (999, 911, or equivalent). We are not liable for any failure of it.
4. Account
You may create an account with your email address. We use one-time passcodes, so no passwords are stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
5. Subscriptions
Lullogram offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Lullogram Pro") that unlocks additional features in the apps. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID; on Android, to your Google Play account; subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings. The Alexa skill and the website are free and contain no purchases.
6. Free features
Core features, including circadian tracking, sleep tracking, mood check-ins, alarm, focus timer, quiet cards, SOS, medication reminders, and selected soundscapes, exercises, and toys, are free and always will be.
7. Content you create
You retain ownership of all content you create (thoughts, dot cam images, mood entries). We claim no rights to it.
8. Acceptable use
Use Lullogram only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
9. Health data
With your permission, Lullogram reads sleep and activity data from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). We only read it and never write. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Third-party platforms
Your use of Lullogram through the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Alexa is also subject to those companies' terms and policies.

We collect only what is needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy at https://lullogram.app/pp.
12. No warranty
Lullogram is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rablab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lullogram.

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
